Job Details
We are looking for an experienced paralegal that will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of attorneys.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to lawyer
Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc.
Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
Locate and develop case relevant information
Type and file basic legal documents and correspondence
Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars
Prepare deposition summaries
Skills
Proven working experience as paralegal/legal assistant
Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols and court system
Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a law office
Computer literacy
Proficiency in English
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
