As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial.
- Investigate claims, review medical records, and develop case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of our clients.
- Represent clients in court during trials and hearings.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments in personal injury law.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Proven experience handling MVA, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume case load.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving justice for clients.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
