We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in complex and challenging labor and employment litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-12 years of experience in the field, with a focus on plaintiff representation. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3-12 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
- Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution.
- Experience handling labor and employment issues including employment policies severance agreements, and compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws.
- Bonus Experience Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The New York State Human Rights Law, The New York City Human Rights Law, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
