Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in assembly line operations.
- Perform regular equipment and machinery inspections to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead and manage a small team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Fabricate components as needed to meet production demands and support operational requirements.
- Analyze production data and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer technical expertise and support to resolve process engineering challenges within the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience in industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Proven ability in project scheduling and management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus.
