Job Details
Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, inventory, quality control, and logistics.Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing, assembly, and delivery of products.Analyze project plans, construction drawings, and material specifications to optimize workflow, procurement, and resource allocation.Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational efficiency initiatives.Collaborate with project managers and customers to address scheduling, maintenance, and construction-related concerns.Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs to ensure plant equipment and facilities remain in peak operational condition.Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.What you need for this position :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant management role.Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage production, inventory, and quality assurance processes.Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings, material specifications, and project schedules.Experience managing teams, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex logistics.Familiarity with ISO procedures and compliance regulations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and with external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Interested in hearing more?
