Key Responsibilities:
- Read refractometer to maintain proper concentration and coolant levels.
- Set tools, make offsets, and load programs to establish work holding positions.
- Edit tool feed rates to optimize SFM and chip loads.
- Interpret blueprint specifications and methods of manufacturing per routing.
- Identify and replace dull tooling to prevent failures.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working as a Machinist.
- Proficiency in 3-axis programs.
- Able to set-up and adjust work holding devises.
- Strong understanding of machine types and applications.
- Industrial math skills.
- Technical GD&T drawing and reading skills.
- Quality standards and gauging knowledge.
