What Will You Do?- Estimating costs for manufacturing tasks involving labor, materials, and services for crafting components using diverse materials, including "super" alloys.
- Scrutinize blueprints to enhance manufacturing method efficiencies.
- Contribute to negotiating business deals and securing contracts.
- Collaborate with design teams on cost predictions for new products.
- Systematize and sustain process documents and instructions.
- Facilitate project transitions with production teams effectively.
- Analyze and propose cost-saving and process-improving strategies.
- Ensuring Authenticity, Fairness, and Perseverance in practices
- Extensive CNC machining experience; 5-axis exposure advantageous
- Proficient in CAD/CAM suites—familiarity with Mastercam/Solidworks is a bonus
- Interpreting blueprints and technical specs adeptly
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Comprehensive GD&T knowledge and strong math skills
- Document management and analysis through basic computer skills
- High School education or equivalent preferred
- Experienced in process development and product design
