• Estimating costs for manufacturing tasks involving labor, materials, and services for crafting components using diverse materials, including "super" alloys.
• Scrutinize blueprints to enhance manufacturing method efficiencies.
• Contribute to negotiating business deals and securing contracts.
• Collaborate with design teams on cost predictions for new products.
• Systematize and sustain process documents and instructions.
• Facilitate project transitions with production teams effectively.
• Analyze and propose cost-saving and process-improving strategies.

• Ensuring Authenticity, Fairness, and Perseverance in practices
• Extensive CNC machining experience; 5-axis exposure advantageous
• Proficient in CAD/CAM suites—familiarity with Mastercam/Solidworks is a bonus
• Interpreting blueprints and technical specs adeptly
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Comprehensive GD&T knowledge and strong math skills
• Document management and analysis through basic computer skills
• High School education or equivalent preferred
• Experienced in process development and product design
