Precision Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
• You will read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Selecting and installing appropriate tools and attachments for the machine operation is also a key responsibility.
• You will perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
• E nsuring adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines is important.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a CNC Machinist is required.
• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and mills is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in CNC setup is a must.
• A strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet production deadlines is essential.

• A diploma or certificate in machining or a related field is preferred.
