As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing processes that directly impact the company's efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities
As a Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include
- Applying your expertise in oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, and water injection to optimize our operations.
- Troubleshooting facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Planning and managing projects to guarantee their completion within the stipulated time and budget.
- Optimizing the routing of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters related to crude oil, water, and natural gas
- Collaborating with the Project Management team on gas plant project turnarounds, right-sizing, and new
- Managing CAPEX project budgets and ensuring that all projects are completed within the allocated financial
- Overseeing installation projects and ensuring that they are executed to the highest standard.
- Using Wonderware control systems to manage and control processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies for the optimization of crude oil.
To be considered for the Permanent Process Engineer role, you must have the following qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process engineering.
- Proven experience in oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, and water injection.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of optimizing facilities for improved performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning and executing projects.
- Demonstrated experience in routing optimization and optimization of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters
- Proficiency in using Wonderware control systems.
- Experience in managing gas plant project turnarounds, right sizing, and new installs.
- Experience in CAPEX project management and installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of the optimization of crude oil.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
