Responsibilities
As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible for
- Conducting detailed analysis of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
- Utilizing your advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze large datasets related to our production operations.
- Collaborating with the production team to implement new processes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Preparing detailed reports on production metrics and presenting findings to management.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Providing technical support to the production team as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our manufacturing processes remain competitive.
To be successful in this role, you should have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management is preferred.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
