- Hours are Friday – Sunday. 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6 30pm

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Implement and monitor production plans, adjusting as necessary to meet company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all EH&S regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the quality of products meets the company's high standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the scientific industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, EH&S, and production planning.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
