We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Manager/Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This exciting role involves managing a diverse range of construction projects with a particular emphasis on electrical engineering aspects. The successful candidate will oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and design to final implementation and handover. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing project schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, risk management plans, and communication plans.
• Review and approve electrical design plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to define project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts, and escalate to senior management when necessary.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously improve project management processes and practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and electrical engineering in the construction industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and electrical design software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
