This role will work with the Director of Special Projects as well as the EVP. It offers a ton of mentorship and autonomy on large scale projects, including some exposure to enterprise level BD conversations and negotiations.

Job Details
Project Manager / Estimator - Multifamily Construction
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in wood framing for multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one completed multifamily wood framing project.
Must Have Skills
Must have experience with wood framing in multifamily construction, having successfully managed or contributed to at least one large scale project.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff software is required.
Estimating Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects using tools like On-Screen Takeoff software.
Bid Management Coordinate and manage the bidding process with subcontractors and suppliers.
Project Execution Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
Additional Skills Exposure to various build styles, such as podium, garden style, and wrap, is a plus.
Exposure to Beck DESTINI estimating software is a plus.
