Are you a skilled Project Manager with a knack for metal stud and drywall construction? As a Permanent Project Manager for Metal Stud & Drywall, you will be at the forefront of our commercial construction projects, leading teams from the design phase through to completion. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your project management skills and construction expertise to drive the success of our projects and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Project Manager for Metal Stud & Drywall, your primary responsibilities will include

• Overseeing all aspects of metal stud and drywall construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to standards and protocols.
• Coordinating and cooperating with clients, architects, and other construction professionals to deliver projects that meet quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Resolving any issues, problems, or delays in the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
• Implementing risk management procedures, safety measures, and quality control practices.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

5 Years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in metal stud and drywall construction.

Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial construction, particularly commercial drywall construction.

Proven ability to manage construction projects from conception to completion.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Solid problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and risk management practices.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

BA Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
