We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-value multifamily and commercial projects in the Boston area. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong background in managing complex construction projects, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of project management, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and achieve project goals.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
10–20 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on high-value multifamily and commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
