Construction Project Manager - $100M Multifamily Project - Boston will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of large-scale multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of two Assistant Project Managers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize estimating skills to assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Engage in community outreach efforts aligned with the company's commitment to sustainable development and job creation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in managing large, complex multifamily projects.

• Experience in project estimating is highly desirable.
