Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a passion for managing and delivering top-notch construction projects? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, including multifamily, residential, and single-family homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with the ability to guide teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include

• Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams to ensure all tasks are executed effectively and safely.
• Engaging with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials meet the required standards.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Construction Project Manager role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management role, with proven experience in managing multifamily, residential, and single-family construction projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
