Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to deliver project objectives.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement best practices in project management.
