Job Details
Seeking a Quality Assurance manager with food exp. onsite in Brockton, MA to do the following :
- Oversees performance of Pre-Operational and Operational inspections – documents review.
- Works with porters during shift, to keep inside and outside of the plant clean.
- Communicates with other departments in order to assure Food Safety and Quality of products.
- Monitors freezer and cooler temperatures.
- Performs daily HACCP direct observations and record review and do QC paperwork
- Performs monthly internal audits and oversees and documents weekly environmental swabbing
- Collects samples to be sent to the lab for micro testing – test results review, arranges for corrective actions if necessary.
- Revises Master Cleaning Schedule.
- Supervises QC Technicians.
- HACCP and Food Quality Plan reassessments.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating and improving of Food safety and Food quality Fundamentals (SQF policies)
- Responsible for upholding, following and maintaining the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
