Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control systems that align with company objectives.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to establish quality standards for raw materials, finished products, and various stages of production.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that systems and protocols are being followed.
- Monitor the entire production cycle to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Train and supervise quality control team members, ensuring they understand and apply company quality standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to the management team.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to set and maintain quality expectations.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards, as well as legal requirements.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of AWS and other relevant technologies, and apply this knowledge to our quality control processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify potential areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with audits and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and other relevant technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and training skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and conducting data analysis.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective quality control systems.
- In-depth understanding of industry safety and quality standards, as well as legal regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
