- Utilize your expertise in metals, chassis, powertrain, and electrical components to solve quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to enforce 8D and FMEA requirements with suppliers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and determine whether issues stem from assembly, logistics, or supplier-related factors.
- Document all activities in customer systems, supporting problem-solving and supplier chargebacks.
- Analyze data to define countermeasures and support production by attending meetings and tracking key issues.
- Oversee ongoing investigations and ensure smooth transitions across shifts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards in automotive manufacturing, particularly in seat assembly and related processes.
