The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations.
2. Develop and implement robust quality control systems for printed circuit board assemblies and other electronic components.
3. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, developing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across all areas of the business.
5. Provide expert advice and guidance to the team on quality assurance and control strategies and methodologies.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
7. Train and mentor staff in quality assurance and control procedures and best practices.
8. Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring our quality systems remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality engineering role within the tech services industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
4. Proven experience with printed circuit board assemblies and other electronic components.
5. Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
6. Excellent understanding of quality control systems and methodologies.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to train and mentor staff in quality procedures and best practices.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
11. Ability to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
