As a Real Estate Attorney, your core responsibilities will include

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate documents including leasing agreements, construction contracts, and land use documents.
• Representing clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including construction disputes and issues related to 1031 exchanges.
• Providing legal advice on various real estate matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and financing.
• Conducting thorough due diligence to uncover any potential legal issues related to property titles, land use, and zoning regulations.
• Providing expert advice on title insurance, ensuring our clients' interests are protected in all property transactions.
• Collaborating with the legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in real estate law and adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Attorney position will have the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling leasing agreements, construction contracts, construction disputes, land use, 1031 exchanges, and title insurance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• A valid license to practice law in the state.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
