We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Remote Solutions Executive to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative company that is making a difference in healthcare through a broad range of software, analytics, technology-enabled services, and network solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of improving the health of communities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, for healthcare solutions, including revenue cycle management and other related services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the healthcare industry, and leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly revenue cycle management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
