Responsibilities :
Primary person responsible for the quality, safety, and schedule of construction site and ensure construction is adhering to all construction documents, interpret construction documents as requiredScheduling sub-contractors, inspectors, jobsite setup, and material deliveriesLead and document weekly foreman meetings and tailgate safety meetingsInspecting and approving work of subcontractorsInitiating and making recommendations regarding change ordersCreate Daily Jobsite Reports and lookahead schedulesResponsible jobsite cleanliness, jobsite safety, and all jobsite conditionsTrack and implement field changes, RFI’s, and submittalsWork with subcontractors to secure all project closeout documentsCreate and track subcontractor Punch-ListsSecure Certificate of OccupancyPerform Owner walk-throughs, turnover, Warranty / Customer Service operationsQualifications
Experience in site supervisionExperience in multifamily residential construction (units varying in size from 50 - 800 )Experience with local Los Angeles subcontractors and inspectors preferredStructural concrete, podium experience requiredMust have technical understanding of construction means and methodsMust be skilled in reading and interpreting plans and specificationsMicrosoft Outlook, Work and Excel skillsSkills
Must be a driven, self-starter, with proven ability to deliver construction projects without defects, safely, and on timeMust be organized, decisive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environmentMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have well-developed interpersonal and leadership skillsInterested in hearing more?
