Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the designated territory to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by employing effective sales strategies.
- Engage in cold calling and prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products or services.
- Implement effective account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in territory sales, particularly in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Solid experience in cold calling, prospecting, and outside sales.
- Comprehensive knowledge of RMX concrete, concrete & aggregates, aggregates, paving, and civil contracting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed.
