Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the construction industry through a strategic approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry to establish a robust network.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and forecast business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutual benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide insightful feedback from clients to the company to help in product and service improvements.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to promote the company’s services and build a professional network.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Strong project background in one or more of the following sectors industrial, healthcare, biosciences, or institutional projects
• Strong understanding of MEP construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a persistent drive to succeed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
