About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Preconstruction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Industrial or Multifamily projects, with a focus on new construction and renovations valued between $100K and $80 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers through effective negotiation.
- Utilize expertise in Planswift or similar takeoff software to streamline project planning and execution.
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication among stakeholders by managing RFI's, Submittals, and other construction documents.
