">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Wellness Director. As the Wellness Director, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all clinical programs, ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, assisting in the training and onboarding of clinical and care coordinator team members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years department management experience working with elders or disabled individuals and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Multi-department experience is strongly recommended, particularly in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing settings.
