Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve manufacturing efficiency

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, quality control, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing setting
- In-depth knowledge of machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
