Job Details
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years construction experience with a minimum of five (5) years of estimating experience.
Experience in in Data Center and Power markets including modular products and programs
Ability to complete large complex competitive bid projects
Ability to complete conceptual estimates for modular products
Independent sales strengths for presentations and projects pursuits
History of successfully working internally with the operational team and externally with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and subcontractors.
Independent decision making.
Initiates and maintains relationships with key staff and other departments.
Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations having important impact on activities of the company.
Advanced project estimator skills that include performing engineering calculations, being conversant in engineering nomenclature to effectively communicate with Application Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering and vendors.
Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and database software (ISQFT)
