Our client, a well-known growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing team.

Responsibilities
- Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
- Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.
- Conduct comparative financial analysis to identify trends and assess financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as Retention forecasts, Event Tracking and ROI, Sales and Marketing spending efficiency, etc.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and commentary on trends and changes.
- Coordinate with the FP&A team to prepare accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business finance or other relevant experience.
- Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Good business acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Experience with financial modeling, variance, FP&A, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in the construction industry or manufacturing sector is a plus.
