Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong focus on litigation and traditional labor law.
- Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive, pragmatic approach to legal issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
