We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in vertical construction and a passion for leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale, high-rise construction projects from planning to implementation. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a hands-on approach and a "don't sit in the trailer" mentality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of vertical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company and industry quality and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and handling any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are being met.
• Resolve any site issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry, with a focus on vertical construction.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong knowledge of general contracting practices, including contract management, quality control, project scheduling, and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project information to all stakeholders.
• Must be a "don't sit in the trailer" person, with a hands-on approach to project management and a willingness to be on-site as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve project issues.
• Proficient in project management software and other industry-related technology.
• Must hold relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites.
