- Conducting research and planning to optimize tax strategies.
- Managing and coordinating tax audits.
- Developing tax strategies to assist the company in being financially efficient.

- Assisting in the development of automated tax systems and processes.

- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advising management on the tax impact of business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s Degree or CPA certification is preferred. (or be on track for a CPA)
- 2 years of experience. Background in Manufacturing/Oil and Gas/high networth is a plus
- Proficiency in tax software
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
