Job Details
Our full-service CPA firm is growing! We are adding a Senior Tax Associate to our tax team. Our firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as an opportunity to grow your career and further your development.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of a diverse array of tax returns (individual, corporate, trust, etc.).
- Gather tax information from clients.
- Collaborate with the tax team in aspects of the tax process that encompass tax planning, engaging with clients, and executing specialized tax projects.
- Attend professional development and training seminars regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in tax.
- Proficient in tax accounting, tax compliance, and 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, and 1040 returns.
- Knowledge of tax software (ideally Lacerte) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong background in tax research.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at managing client relationships.
