Job Details
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Full Cycle Accounting experience
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, including prior experience in integrations and/or implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivots, macros, complex formulas, v-look-up, financial models, etc.).
- Banking or Big 4 background preferred
- Self starter, proactive, motivated personality
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all monthly financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flow
- Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.
- Prepare journal entries, analysis and account reconciliations to meet month-end close deadlines.
- Completes all intercompany billbacks to ensure costs are allocated to the proper entity
- Prepare elimination entries for intercompany consolidation.
- Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
- Daily recording of cash and other bank activities; preparation of billing, and other ad hoc projects as directed.
- Ensure financial statements adhere to US GAAP standards.
