We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent position that will provide the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our business intelligence initiatives. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that will empower our decision-making process and drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Azure SQL, QLIK, PL/SQL, MSSQL, SQL Server, and Power BI.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document BI requirements.
3. Analyzing complex data sets and converting them into actionable insights.
4. Developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
5. Conducting regular system tests and troubleshooting any issues.
6. Providing technical support and training to end-users.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest BI technology trends and innovations.
8. Ensuring compliance with healthcare and clinical data regulations.
9. Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting.
10. Participating in the continuous improvement of data management practices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Business Intelligence Developer position must have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a related role.
3. Proven experience with BI technologies such as Azure SQL, QLIK, PL/SQL, MSSQL, SQL Server, and Power BI.
4. Experience in the healthcare and clinical industry is highly preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
