Our client is seeking an AP Accountant to join its growing team.

Job Details Responsibilities

• Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
• Preparing and executing payment orders via checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
• Maintaining and updating financial records, including digital files for all invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Handling vendor inquiries and resolving any discrepancies in invoice payments.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in processing of accounts payable.
• Assist with month end close.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 years AP experience.
• Proficiency in managing and processing invoices.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
