Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our well-established and growing team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in structural engineering for a number of different project types. The role requires a deep understanding of building design, wood, structural steel, and concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components and systems in accordance with the latest engineering principles and codes.
• Use advanced structural analysis software like RISA and Enercalc to perform complex calculations and simulations.
• Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity of various building projects.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and specifications for each project.
• Participate in project meetings and provide critical input on structural design aspects.
• Ensure all designs and projects comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree or EIT license is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on wood, structural steel, and concrete construction.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA and Enercalc.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Excellent skills in production engineering and project management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
