Details
- Lead HVAC installation for multi-family projects, including refrigeration lines, rectangular/spiral ductwork, and low-voltage wiring
- Manage bidding, crew organization, and material ordering across multiple job sites
- Ensure compliance with project specs, schedules, and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep jobs on track
- Maintain high standards of quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (multi-family projects preferred)
- Refrigerant Certification is needed
- Proven experience managing multiple HVAC crews and job sites
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and best practices
- Must be able to pass physical and drug screening
