The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and programming background as well as experience in start-up, and onsite coordination, and have the capability to lead/manage projects. You will also oversee a team of technicians.

MUST HAVE
- 3 years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience
- Team lead or project management experience
- Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane
- HVAC and Mechanical System Checkout, Startup, and System Commissioning
- Strong technical programming capabilities
- Tridium Niagara
- Experience leading technical teams
