This role will support Engineering Department projects by assisting with project management, processes, and documentation related to design, process, product, and material validations and qualifications. This is a hands-on role and key responsibilities include contributing to Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEAs) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs). Additionally, this position will oversee the operation, maintenance, construction, and design of automated and manual test fixtures for specific projects, along with executing and reporting on test requests from the Engineering Department. As a senior-level technical role with significant project management responsibilities, this position requires the ability to work independently and remotely, with moderate guidance from peers.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality/testing
- Automation and controls knowledge (PLC)
- Experience in a test lab environment
