As Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO), you will lead program management strategy, driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. You will ensure all projects, particularly in production, compliance, and quality, meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards. This role requires expertise in regulatory requirements and quality management to oversee complex projects such as product development, facility expansion, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, change management, and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum of 10 years of project/program management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within a cGMP-regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology), with a proven track record of driving growth or managing large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Agile Certification required. Additional certifications related to cGMP (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs) are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into workflows.
