Our Vice President of Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the marketing strategy, product positioning, and market expansion of our wide range of products. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, exceptional marketing acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Is your background a match?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in product marketing, brand management or related experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in marketing technologies and tools, including customer relationship management systems, data analytics platforms, content management systems, and emerging digital marketing trends, combined with strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our product portfolio
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts to identify market opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product development
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our products, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate and respond to market dynamics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and training programs that support product positioning and messaging
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies, optimizing go-to-market plans
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
