This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and overall warehouse supervision during the night shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and overall warehouse supervision during the night shift.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift, you will be tasked with the following duties
- Oversee the night shift warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of our products.
- Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse operations best practices for product handling, storage, and inventory control.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with the day shift supervisor and other management to ensure seamless transition between shifts and consistent operational efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipping and receiving promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock control, minimizing shortages and reducing potential for excess.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and staff performance to upper management.
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift position should possess the following qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing a team.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and related safety regulations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items when required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
