Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of Workers’ Comp. cases, from opening new files to creating litigation plans
Autonomously manage a large volume of files, ensuring timely and efficient handling
Conduct thorough reviews of incoming correspondence and medical records
Engage in discovery processes, make court appearances, and actively participate in trials
Maintain exceptional client interaction throughout the legal process
Travel to various commissions, courts, and conferences as needed
Qualifications
Admitted to the NJ State Bar
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm
2 years of steady Workers Comp litigation experience (ideally trial)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
