RemX is assisting our client, a boutique law firm based in Bucks County, PA, with a search for a motivated and experienced attorney to join their litigation team focused on handling Workers' Compensation cases in New Jersey, requiring candidates to be barred in NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters in New Jersey.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and provide strategic legal advice and counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurers, and other involved parties.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to Workers' Compensation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar, in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience 1 plus years' in litigation
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
