Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills and have the ability to work independently
• The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases
• The desired candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  
  

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in MD
• Admitted to practice law in DC, PA, or DEis a plus!
• 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense law
• Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Experience with employer liability claims a plus
