Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers by providing timely responses to inquiries such as quotations, orders, complaints, and information requests via phone and email.
- Ensure all customer questions and issues are addressed promptly and professionally while demonstrating flexibility across customers, markets, and segments.
- Maintain attention to detail while entering and updating customer orders and other related data.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, Data Management, etc.) to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting all interactions including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Enter orders and quotes, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and update / change orders as needed during the shipping process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to specific service level agreements (SLAs) within a fast-paced team environment.
